Great location, outstanding service and unfortunately small dated rooms
The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the michelin level main restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.)
My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service.
I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.
Very interesting place with nice stuff.
Super❤️
Nothing beats the thermal pools here - unbelievable!. Breakfast is great. Overall great. In the down side Rooms a bit outdated, shower in room is tiny...
Very good
Great hotel
We are regular customers of the best hotels in Abano Terme and personally I don't understand how this facility can boast 5 stars. We paid 200 euros to sleep 1 night in a small room, with spiders crawling in the bathroom and on a bed that was shameful for its discomfort and hardness. When I protested at the reception after paying, I was told that not everyone wants a topper on the mattress, which is to say: not everyone wants to sleep comfortably! Then they added if there is it said they would put you in a different room, but the comfort should be a standard in a 5 star, or not? The swimming pools are beautiful, but only the outdoor ones have water features, so what if it's very cold or raining? The spa is small and on the first floor therefore completely detached from the swimming pool. At 11 in the morning you have to leave the room and you cannot stay in the pool unless you pay a substantial difference. Finally, the structure seemed very lived-in in all areas. In short, we're not there at all, much better a Venice or even Helvetia hotel.
